Repair on Jl. Gabus Pasar Minggu Water Channel Keeps Accelerated

South Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) accelerates the repair of water channel as long as 373 meters on Jalan Gabus, at Navy (AL) Complex, RT 05/08, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta to anticipate inundation when the rain falls.

We repair it since September 2019 and target it to finish in the end of May 2020

South Jakarta SDA's Maintenance Section Head, Junjung said, channel's repair has reached 85 percent until today.

"We repair it since September 2019 and target it to finish in the end of May 2020. It involves 10 personnel in this repair," he explained, Saturday (4/11).

In this repair, the channel will be widened by installing 311 U-Ditch units with size 100 x 60 centimeters and 19 culvert box units using one excavator and one dump truck to transport the material.

"Hopefully, through this repair, we can build a systematic water channel that can integrate with the other channels," he conveyed.
